Nepal is appealing frankly. To sit in a yurt or a monastery and contemplate the past year would be a good thing for my head.

If you're going Nepal or somewhere in Himalaya i can give you some useful heads-up! Spent my fair amount of time there, and managed to stay away from the few pot-smoking white tourists most of the time.
DEFINITELY worth it. If i had to choose between the hobby and this... well, i don't have to choose Cheesy

I know its none of my business really. But seriously, go and see your Doctor, and tell them how you feel-it will be hard, I've done it recently, there is no shame in it and although things may seem like they might not get better,  If you get help, they will...
