It is kind of late to be posting a Victory Decision review given how long the rules have been out, but I finally decided to start centralizing my wargaming articles in one location and I though it would be good to write on Victory Decision to get other local players interested..

What makes me really happy is the fact that you listed many of the design goals I wanted to achieve as key features.

No problem.. full honest review, I wanted to concentrate on those designed elements, I missed them on my first playtest and took me 3 or 4 years to open the rules again.. big miss on my part.. so I don't want others to miss them..

Recently I did Secrets of the Third Reich in 28s .. was a great game
