I had some figures left over from the gun battery so decided to make up some engineers with a few conversions , adding in saws, picks, shovels etc. Some wagons and stores.

Nice additions. How do you get that basing over the bases' edge not sticking to the table when you're making them?

I think you mean on the carts and stores? The edges are chamfered to about 30 degreees .. I use neat  PVA as my glue for these and just add sand . After a few min I clean round the edges of bases with finger or a stiff brush ..

For figure bases which are not chamfered I always clean off any excess materials before it dries...

I did modify the horse yolk arrangement to make it suitable for a larger team ..
