Thanks for your comments and welcome Smiley

Andym - I'm not sure how long they took me. I'll keep track of the painting time with the next horde I do.

 Shocked Shocked Shocked
That is one fantastic looking horde of skellies.
I did not realise that the Mantic stuff was so good.

Beautiful paintjobs and great basing combined to wonderful effect.

For some reason I can see the RBG wraith knights making good champions.

Thanks guys  Smiley

Andrew May -  I came across those a couple of days ago. They are beautiful and they're on my shopping list.

Mason - Mantic's Undead range is very nice. I also like the aesthetics of Mantic's Elves. I like the fact that they don't have a normal anatomy. It makes them look more otherworldly. The only thing I would like to change is their spears. I wish that they had proper spears, or at least proper spear tips. I bought a box of them and painted one up in darker colours, the way I imagined they should look. Here is how it turned out:

Then I added wings:

Now I have an entire elf army waiting to be assembled and painted. They won't all have wings though. Only a couple of small units will have wings.

Just a quick picture to remind people how small the elves actually are.

I can't comment on the Orcs, Dwarves or Goblins, as I don't own any.

Elves with wings??? I shudder, yet cannot deny the fact that they look really great. Did you paint those wings yourself? They look awesome.

Thanks chaps  Smiley

DoomhippieLaugh Laugh Laugh at you shuddering, yet still thinking they look good. I made the wings myself.

Andrew May - I've been asked to put a tutorial together showing how I make them. I'll post that here once it's done.

I love the Mantic Elves & what you're doing with them...particularly the butterfly wings. They have a Faerie Kingdom/Sidhe look to them, which is how I generally think of Elves. VERY WELL DONE!
