 Hi,
Please, someone could tell me if the Trumpeters of the British Cavalry, at the time of the War of Spanish Succession, had the coat of the same color as that of the troops or if the color was reversed, ie those distintivee of the regiment?
And the Dragons? Being "infantry on horseback", for their drummers adopted for the coat the regiment color , as the Infantry drummers, (the inverse color) or their coat was of the same color as that of the troops?
