Who here has dealt with them?

How are the quality of their minis? Does anyone have pictures? They seem to have every possible figure I could ask for but I don't want to make any blind purchases.

I have bought tons of stuff from them and the figures have always been very good.
If you check out the guild there are many liberation minis shown there.

Minis are OK, a bit bulky. Bad thing is their web presence, no pics, difficult to read list etc. Just the usual show going UK trader...

Agis, Liberation are 20mm yes? Except for Britannia minis, are there any others companies in 20mm that would compare nicely with them? I have heard Liberation mention a few times for 20mm selection in the past.

The Afghan's above arent Liberation correct? They are Britannia minis. Correct me if i got that wrong please. :-)

I really like what I have seen from Liberation so far, just hope I can paint up on 20mm.

Wish there was a company with Liberations selection in 28mm.

Damn V those are impressive. I'm not even getting 28mm to that level. The Russians are awesome.

I have bought tons of stuff from them and the figures have always been very good.
If you check out the guild there are many liberation minis shown there.

The trouble with the Guild, is that even though there are 4 Moderators,
it run by one guy (Piers Brand)......
what ever he decides goes, the others just fall in line with whatever he says.
He works for PSC (Plastic Soldier Co.)  so the Guild is basically becoming a platform for their products.
He and Rolf (Liberation Mini's) got into an argument,
Now Rolf is "Permanently Banned", and all his posts deleted.
(this does not mean people posting his products are having their posts deleted)
I too am Banned because while I was there, I did the conversions for the PSC M5A1,
and Piers started complaining that I was just copying the PSC Parts.........
while talking about him (in another forum) I called him a "nobody".........
he exercised his power at the Guild and "Permanently Banned" me as well.
Even though I am "friends" with two of the Moderators,
I am Banned and ALL my posts were deleted.

I'm wanting to get rid of a pile of Liberation Generic fighters (good for general Caucasus, Georgia, Bosnia, Russian second line/militia fighters) Russian Regulars, Spetsnaz and African soldiers.

They are nice figures, however they are not really compatible with the majority of my 20mm figures from Elhiem and Under fire figures (at least that's my opinion).

I occasionally visit the Guild, and there is stuff there worth checking out. I can't speak for past incidents though as I'am not exactly a regular.
