Hi,

I thought its time to start another little contest.

I would like to read and see your T+T scenarios.

If you need an  idea how to write a scenario check the download page on the Triumph and Tragedy website.

Its not necessary to write a colonial scenario  but  if that would be the winner it could make it into the new supplement with your permission ( if we have the space  Wink )

A scenario needs a title, a short introduction ( fluff ) , scenario description,  at least two rival forces, points are not important but useful, some pictures of the action, special rules ( if you like ) and winning conditions. The scenario length is limited to two pages.

Please send the entries as a PDF. File ONLY ( until 24th of December ) to the email adress at the Triumph and Tragedy Website.

I need your nick and full name. In case you´re the winner I will need your address too. Your address will not be published. I just need to know where to sent your price.

The Winner will get one new Colonial Supplement for free.

Good luck !

Cheers
Björn

I'd love to enter for this, unfortunately I'm so busy with my new baby daughter and family commitments that I'm unlikely to find the time to do it justice in the next week.  Good luck to everyone else!

Thanks, I will try to get an entry in.

I don't have the software to create a PDF file - can you accept a MS Word Document instead?

Hello,

we finally have the results. There were too finalists and I could really not decide who might be the winner. I liked both scenarios ! So we have two winners. CONGRATULATIOS

Winner one is James Morris and his "Catch The Pilot" Scenario.

I liked the way James interpreted the T+T rules and he did not hesitate to create special rules. Making a leader a sub hero and giving him a unit card for his own for example and he slowed down the Italians by not moving fast through rough ground.
The scenario is also based on an historical background. I like this. So, this is winner number one Congratulations !

Winner number two are Thomas Straubinger and Peter Rothärmel.

{alt}

Good I didnt decide by the title "Through mud and blood to the green fields beyond…..”  ;)They did a Sudan scenario which is also quite nice because it actually has three mission per side in one scenario. Its a larger game with about 1000 Points per side and lots of figures. I liked this idea. Congratulations to you too.

I would also like to mention the second place. Stefan Moch ! He did a quite nice scenario for Darkest Africa called Bottle Neck. Its a kind of brutal and pulpy and has a funny clue in it. It was close that you didnt make it Stefan.

I want to thank all of you for participating. Your exciting scenarios distracted me from working on the Colonial Supplement. So you are responsible for the delay... Just a tease... Cheesy

Please email me your adress. As soon as the supplement is printed `ll send it over.

Cheers

Gosh, thanks, and the picture made me laugh!  Smiley Seems like a very long time ago for English football!

Will you publish the Darkest Africa and Sudan scenarios in the Colonial Supplement?

Thank you very much for chosing our scenario. Peter and I had very much fun playing and testing it before sending it to you.

Our gratulations to James Morris and Steffan Moch. We are looking forward to see your scenarios and the others to on the T&T webpage or in some scenario book Smiley
Keep up your good work

Best wishes
